Good afternoon. If you have have 'jock itch' you have made it much worse by self medicating with clobeta and betamethasone creams. Oral medication is most likely necessary. Consult a qualified dermatologist to ensure proper examination and treatment. Unfortunately, if it is extensive jock itch, no home remedies will work.

Apply livafin ointment at night.
Take tab montair lc at night.

I think you may require some internal medicines also along with external application.
Get done some test like urine routine, CBC.
Visit family physician after test.
