If you don't care about your mental health, you may. Alcohol worsens anxiety, and will prolong your drug requirement days/period. Studies say anxious people taking to frequent alcohol have a higher risk of withdrawal delirium (hallucinations), and addiction rate, and (after regular use) psychotic vulnerability. Be good to your brain.

You need to check on your prenatal history and early childhood for influencing factors. You must combine medication with therapy. This is extremely important for your anxiety and depression. I think that you have an anger-related depression. Anyway life is full of problems as a norm. Any attempts to escape will never help: you must learn to face these problems every day wi...more

Hello mam!
firstly, you should not stop aculip h all of a sudden. It should be stopped with a pattern. The dose should e started to decrease and ultimately stopped. So, please do not stop and start at any random time. The doctor advise is must during start/end of drug course as well as the changing the dose. If you feel very vomiting, you can divert your mind to different things, smell some lemons, drink ginger water, etc. As I cannot prescribe medicine here,
but do not worry mam.
