No. You don't need to restart the vaccine from day 0.please continue with the current vaccination schedule .just ensure that the wounds are cleaned up and don't get infected.

It's been less than 3 months since last vaccination. So you don't have to repeat everything. If it was after three months, you needed booster doses on 0th and 3rd day. Since it's less than 3 months, you need not repeat but wound care should be adequate.

Yes its required, irrespective of vaccination status of the dog. Since blood has come, its category 3 exposure which will require inj tetanus toxoid + inj arv + inj rabies immunoglobulin asap & the injection schedule has to be adhered strictly. You did great by washing the wound with soap & water.

As there was only scratch with nails, and no contact of dog saliva with wound you don’t have to worry about it.
