Hello apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part and give hot water fomentation .take yograj guggul and agni tundi vati after lunch and dinner with warm water. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya vatari capsule and syrup twice a day. Avoid fermented food. Junk food.

1. Apply mahabhringraj oil on your scalp and massage follow by giving hot water fomentation. You can put 1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils before going to bed. 2. Take pranacharya allergen capsule twice a day. Increase the intake of proteins such as soybean and egg white. It is advisable to avoid tea, coffee, spicy food, fermented food and junk food. It is true that Niacinamide is needed to produce serotonin. That does not mean, if you take 100-200 mg more, you will produce more serotonin and you will be more happy. Most of the B vitamins including B3 are water soluble. If there is a deficiency, it will be absorbed. If it is adequate, it will be eliminated in urine.
