It is good sign for your friends if wants off alcohol. Reduced quantity of alcohol day by day. He take 50 ml daily alcohol for good health.
Avoid alcoholic community / friends. Be busy with works and family members.
More alcohol may spoil the his own health, family, social status, economical status.
Avoid more alcohol.

There is no risk involved in planning a baby after having alcohol. Only if woman drinks more than 90 ml alcohol per day then only it has minute risk of baby developing fetal alcohol syndrome. Alcohol during pregnancy is usually to be avoided as after getting drunk she is at risk of getting herslf injured and her baby also.

Alcohol becomes a problem if a person feels compelled to take it everyday and he suffers from withdrawl symptoms like craving, restlessnes,sweating, nausea sleep problems, anxiety etc, when ever he tries to stop it. So the actual problem is pattern of intake. If you are a social drinker then its not a problem.

Potrate mb6 helps in prevention of stone formation. It may not help much in clearing them out. Calculate your stone bulk and if more than 1 cm or signs of obstruction then surgery is the only option. Endocopic surgery is feasible.
