If after taking antibiotics for 13 days, and doing betadine gargle 3 times a day, still you can see vesicles in the throat, you need to take a swab for bacterial culture and antibiotic sensitivity, and take culture specific antibiotics. Please consult an ENT surgeon who will do the needful in this regard.

Bad breath. Bleeding gums are the result of fragile gums which is due to improper cleaning of teeth. This is the cause in most of the patients. Get your teeth cleaned professionally once a year with your dentist and you will see the improvement.

You should not use mouthwash for such a long time. Visit a dental surgeon so that exact cause of swelling can be ruled out then only treatment and medicines can be prescribed.

Yes, it will help as betadine is an antiseptic agent. You don't need to gargle it, you just have to rinse it.
Will take around approximately a week or more to heal depending on the severity of your wound.
If it does not improve in a longer run, please consult a dentist.
Avoid using a cloth to rub your teeth and gums.
Instead use a soft bristled toothbrush to clean and be gentle while using over the gums.

This is probably because you have gum disease. You should get a scaling appointment fixed with your dentist. You could use warm saline rinses at home 4-5 times a day too and mouthwash. Oral sex can lead to problems on your palate and not on the left side of your mouth.
