General measures :
• Keep the face non-oily by washing it mildly with luke-warm water.
• Wash the face with warm water frequently without using a soap or with Homoeopathic soap.
• Popping and squeezing of the pimples should not be done as this can worsen the infection and result in increased scar formation. Avoid using scrubs, soaps and vigorous rubbing of the face.
• Avoid using cosmetics which can worsen the problem

All these treatments are not much of use...
Once you will stop using them the pimples will come back... You can try stopping them for few days..
Plus these chemicals have other damaging effects on skin..

Better take Homoeopathic treatment...
No side effects and costs less...

Saafi is useless. Please stop it. Some people have more oiling skin and are prone to get acne. At your age, a complete hormonal checkup and ultrasound should be done to rule out pcos which is hormonal cause of acne. At the same time, treatment and most importantly maintence should be done. If I say I have weak eyes, and I will have to do treatment with specs. But I will have to wear it continuously. Similarly some people do get acne Kate in life, so this has to be treated.
