Acne treatment needs a combination of approach.
Please follow this regimen.
1. Apply epiduo cream in night keep it for an hour and wash your face.
2. Apply dew soft moisturiser and sleep.
3. In early morning apply clindac gel.
4. After bath apply suncote gel.
Carry on with this regimen for a month you will get improvement.

Good afternoon. Persol (benzoyl peroxide) 2.5% gel works as an anti acne agent. As the acne settles down, so will the red marks. Acne can leave behind brown pigmentation. These will require additional creams/gels to treat and fade over time. To hasten their exit, certain procedures carried out by a professional dermatologist can be tried such as chemical peeling, laser treatment etc.

Hello. You can use niacinamide. Also you can use azelic acid (aziderm 20% gel) for dark spots apply lil amount on pih spots for 30 min at night and wash. It can cause little irritation for some people. So be careful while applying if no irritation you can apply for 1 hour and wash. Slowly after a month you can keep it over night. Sunscreen is a must.
