If your face is getting dry it could be due benzac ac gel. So stop using that for now if no pimples. Also use a good facial moisturizer as winters are approaching and the skin in general tends to become dry. Use a mild facial cleanser.

check if you have dandruff if yes start antidandruff medicated shampoo
also only benzac will not help.
Start washing face with salicylic facewash daily.

Good evening. Lichen planus is quite an itchy and stubborn. Topical corticosteroids are the 1st choice especially when lesions are few in number. If still actively persistent or worsening, stronger creams/ointments may be tried along with tablets/capsules to control the disease activity. Even if lichen planus is controlled, it tends to leave behind marks which are very persistent and difficult to treat.

Use clear gel at night. Acne or pimples is due to oily skin. Few hormonal changes also causes. Certain food items like ice-cream, chocolate, sweets also increases it. For the treatment of acne or pimples we grade it depends on the type of skin lesions. As the treatment protocol varies depending on the grade.
