Do not benzoyl peroxide as skin brightning agent because it is anti-acne medication not skin lightening agent.

Yes, it is effective in treatment of acne. Apply it in very less quantity though since it has irritation potential.

Strength of usage depends purely on the severity of acne on your skin. Usually 2.5 %is enough to get best results.

Hello. Cystic acne to be corrected first and then post acne dark spots .cystic acne is tteated with cap isotretinoin along with antibiotics and topical medications. If you hav not noticed any improvement with benzoyl peroxide den stop it. Avoid sun exposure. Avoid scrating of lesion. Visit nearest dermatolgist. Thanks.
