Hi apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with chandrika soap..you can take my 'acne treatment package' which is available on lybrate in health packages.

Hello. You can use niacinamide. Also you can use azelic acid (aziderm 20% gel) for dark spots apply lil amount on pih spots for 30 min at night and wash. It can cause little irritation for some people. So be careful while applying if no irritation you can apply for 1 hour and wash. Slowly after a month you can keep it over night. Sunscreen is a must.

• Keep the face non-oily by washing it mildly with luke-warm water. 
• Wash the face with warm water frequently without using a soap or with Homoeopathic soap.

It is better for you to start with the medications for acne control. As in teens it is a very common problem. And use salicylic based face wash. Have bath with cold water. Moisturiser is must.
