The adenosine deaminase (ADA) test is not a diagnostic test, but it may be used along with other tests such as pleural fluid analysis, acid-fast bacillus (AFB) smear and culture, and/or tuberculosis molecular testing to help determine whether a person has a Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection (tuberculosis or TB)

X rays show a typical appearance in TB. So doctors can diagnose fairly accurately based on it. Many times the actual TB bacillus is not found because it is very slow growing organism. Doctors are correct in starting treatment. If it is limited to chest it takes around 6 months. If bone involved then it may take 18 months.

Give him clean and cold water to drink along with sporolac (lacto bacillus) powder in it. Also give green leafy vegetables and sprouted grains to eat. Please avoid any kind of oral medications in rabbits, which can fatal if not monitored properly. Thank you.

No. It causes more harm than good. Is the baby passing urine 8-10 times per day, having good appetite and activity and gaining weight? If yes to all the above, you shouldn't be worried. Continue breastfeeding at a higher frequency.
In case of lethargy, decreased feeding, decreased urine output and blood in stool, contact a pediatrician immediately.

Hello-
You are suffering from vaginal infection. The vagina is kept healthy by a bacterium called doderlein bacillus that is found in the vaginal tract. It prevents infection by keeping the pH acidic. If you wash yourself too often with medicated soaps and detergents you can change your vaginaâs pH, making it vulnerable to infection. Excessive use of deodorants and chemically-treated compounds, unhygienic sex, etc often leads to fungal infections.
It can be cured by proper treatment an...more
