I am suffering from acne problem doctor has prescribed me doxycycline & lactic acid bacillus capsule and klmc-1000 tablet but due to lock down I am unable to visit doctor can I use another medicine for my treatment?

You have to use tapering dose of regesterone tablets. First 5 days 3 times daily
second 5 days 2 times daily
third 5 days once daily. On stopping the tabs after 15dys you must have normal periods.

the medication given are correct for seborrheic dermatitis. However if you have too much dandruff even that can tigger hairfall. If you have an hairfall consider checking blood levels like vit d, vit b12, serum proteins. And consult some other doctor in your city.
