Kindly do the following:
1. Change the undergarments daily and wash it with good detergent & fresh water.
2. Clip the nails and wash hands before cooking, while eating etc. If you have of nail biting, it should be
avoided completely.

Albendazole dosage is 400 mg at night for adult.

Repeat the dosage after 14 days if necessary.

Yes, its usually sufficient. Follow the following tips:-
· Pay attention to your health and food intake.
· To increase your appetite, have a glass of lime water or 1 cardamom (elaichi) before your meal. · Have minimum 4 meals in a day.
· Drink 1 glass of milk twice a day.
· Try to enjoy your meals and gradually increase the quantity you eat every time.

He is to young to be given deworming now. If he is passing worms in stool then only give it. If needed you can give 5 ml at night at bedtime.
