lybrate-user, one of the important reason of balanoposthitis is diabetes. Please rule out diabetes and if you have diabetes control it first. Don't use any soap, wash with normal water. Even if it persistent consult a sexologist or dermatologist. It will be ok. Don't worry. Take good nutrition too. All the best.

Good afternoon. If you have have 'jock itch' you have made it much worse by self medicating with clobeta and betamethasone creams. Oral medication is most likely necessary. Consult a qualified dermatologist to ensure proper examination and treatment. Unfortunately, if it is extensive jock itch, no home remedies will work.

Dear lybrate-user
the deadly combination of medicines you have mentioned will not only worsen your pimples, it will irreparablely destroy your facial skin. So consider yourself warned.
Now, coming to other effective treatment. Depending on the severity of your acne, you can use simple non comedogenic cleansers and topical retinoids. Book an online consultation with me and share your clear pictures for more accurate diagnosis and treatment.
