Gentalene c plus cream is a combination of three medicines: beclometasone, neomycin and clotrimazole. Beclometasone is a steroid. You should not use this cream without doctors consultation.

The condition most often occurs when people wear tight-fitting clothing that traps in moisture.
Wash the affected skin two to three times a day.
Keep the affected area dry.
Avoid excess affected skin irritation by wearing 100% cotton underwear.
Avoid fabric softeners, bleaches, or harsh laundry detergents.
Wash your workout clothes, underwear, socks, and towels after each use.

Otiflox sear drop salt composition--neomycin (0.5%w/v) + beclometasone (0.025%w/v) + clotrimazole (1%w/v) + lidocaine/lignocaine (2%w/v)
candibiotic ear drop salt composition-- lidocaine/lignocaine (2%w/v) + beclometasone (0.025%w/v) + clotrimazole (1%w/v) + chloramphenicol (5%w/v)
as you can see there is difference in one salt component. So its better to ask your physician.

1. Apply panderm plus ointment twice daily for (1-2 week) 2. Take one tablet of levocetrizine (5mg) at bed time if itching is severe
3. Thoroughly dry the area after taking bath and keep it dry and sweat free. Apply talcum powder in the area 4. Use loose cotton under wear instead of tight synthetic one
5. Change the under wear daily and use clean and washed one
6. Maintain personal hygiene

Steroid creams can not be used indefinitely. Switch over to sunscreens which may be used for a long time.

If there is itching than it could be either eczema or fungal infection and we can treat it but we have to confirm the diagnosis after clinical examination
