- do regular exercises like brisk walking, jogging, swimming, cycling for 20-30 min, also regularly do yoga, deep breathing, meditation which calms & relaxes the body for 10-15 min daily in the morning

If it was Td then after 10 yrs but in between after 28 weeks should take TDAP.
If it was only tet toxoid then next after 6 weeks then after 28 weeks TDAP

Dear Lybrateuser, - It is natural that the heart beats become fast as we exercise, on cooling down or resting it comes back to normal after sometime which is different for different person
- do warming for 5-10 min before the main exercise schedule & also do cooling down for 5-10 min after exercise
