Hello, According to your age and height, your weight is some how excessive. That should be reduced by eliminating fatty food, fast food cold drinks etc with light exercise. Dear Lybrateuaer, - Your symptoms appear to be due to anxiety at your age
- do regular exercises like brisk walking, jogging, swimming, cycling for 20-30 min, also regularly do yoga, deep breathing, meditation which calms & relaxes the body for 10-15 min daily in the morning
- sleep well for 7-8 hrs at night, keep your sleep & wake up time fixed
- if not much improvement then check blood hb%, thyroid hormone levels ECG to rule out any other problem.

- do warming for 5-10 min before the main exercise schedule & also do cooling down for 5-10 min after exercise
