Lump coming now is not a good sign and Apart from taking symptomatic treatment I will suggest you to take injection vitcofol 2cc intramuscularly every alternate days for five pricks over the buttocks through a health professional and you will find relief in your symptoms after the second injection

I do not think antibiotics has anything to do with your symptoms of fatigue, weakness, etc. Although the disease itself may cause such symptoms. Pls maintain a proper diet and if needed you may take multivitamins.

Ringing sensation (tinnitus) maybe due to multiple causes. At this age age it could be even due to presbyacusis (age related hearing loss). One need to evaluate properly to find the cause of the tinnitus. I would suggest to consult your doc again or consult online for proper management of the condition.
