The two drugs are for 2 different diseases. Banocide is a treatment modality for filariasis and not a TB drug.

the dose of hetrazen is 3 times daily for atleast 21 days. I'd you have very small hydrocele , you will get results. otherwise surgery will be the next option.

Hetrazan is used to treat tropical pulmonary esinophilia .allergic symptoms are different a part from stuffy nose like sneezing, watery or running nose ,nasal itching etc. Your doc must have prescribed after all your investigations so consult again for recent progress.

Chronic cough has several differential diagnosis including infections and non infectious causes like asthma , acidity, bronchitis etc.
Get a chest xray, total IgE , Absolute eosinophil count done and meet nearby chest physician.

Slight variation between testis is common and normal if variation is not much and you have no symptoms then I think you should not worry much but if its very obvious then please visit the doctor.

the testicles are extremely sensitive organs. A minor strike to them can produce excruciating pain. More importantly, injuries can jeopardize the health and functionality of the testicles, possibly leading to male infertility. Therefore, testicle pain needs to be examined and treated immediately.
Banocide will not be solving your issue.
