First get yourself properly examined from a nearby doctor to know the exact diagnosis as the information given by you is insufficient.
Get your blood tested (empty stomach) for – CBC, ESR, AEC, Widal, Peripheral smear for MP; also, Sputum examination, an X-ray (chest), Urine (R & M) and Stool examination (R & M) done. (In case required, may advise you some other tests later).
Revert me with the reports for proper treatment.
