It could be due to chronic prostatitis. It is better to get semen culture and sensitivity done. If it is normal then start tab bacstol 200 mg twice daily along with alfoo for 1 month. If semen culture shows some growth of bacteria then take antibiotics according to the sensitivity report for 1 month.

For prostatis you have take antibiotics eor 4-6 weeks
in some cases prostatis can get better on its own.
