It is better tonget USG abdomen and pvrv done. If normal start tab bacstol 200 mg twice daily and tàb alfuzosin 10 mg once daily for 15 days and see how is the response. These symptoms could be due to chronic prostatitis or sometimes stones can cause this. If USG abdomen is showing swelling in kidney get ncct abdomen also.
