Hello, Thanks for the query.
Usually if bloood glucose is well controlled (fasting glucose < 100 mg, PP 150 to 170 mg & HbA1c% <6.8 or 7), wounds heal fairly rapidly. Apllying nebasulf powder is not really a good option. It is better to consult a local doctor, get the wound cleaned, all debris removed and if necessary use some good suitable antibiotic based on the doctor's advice. Thanks.

Too much retraction on the foreskin cause local injury just check for that and apply neosporin cream locally on it twice a day to keep it moist and and to take care of any small abrasions like.

Hi . In diabetes wound healing is slow. Take tablet limcee 500 mg (chewable) once a day after breakfast for 1 week. This has vitamin c and it will speed the healing process. Also apply neosporin ointment locally on the wound.
