Usually if bloood glucose is well controlled (fasting glucose < 100 mg, PP 150 to 170 mg & HbA1c% <6.8 or 7), wounds heal fairly rapidly. Apllying nebasulf powder is not really a good option. It is better to consult a local doctor, get the wound cleaned, all debris removed and if necessary use some good suitable antibiotic based on the doctor's advice. Thanks.

This condition is called otitis externa. Start tab. Advent 375 mg three times a day and tab. Ibugesic plus twice a day along with that apply neosporin-h ointment on the swelling three times a day.

Hi . In diabetes wound healing is slow. Take tablet limcee 500 mg (chewable) once a day after breakfast for 1 week. This has vitamin c and it will speed the healing process. Also apply neosporin ointment locally on the wound.

At present you can warm saline bath. Apply a antibiotic cream Neosporin skin ointment or soframycin ointment. It may help you if no improvement consult a surgeon.
