If you want, you can take homoeopathic medication - Silicea 30/ thrice daily orally and instil 2 drops of SBL's Mullein oil ear drops in the ear. Do it for 4 days.

If you feel better, continue for another few more days or else visit an ENT specialist.

You can take

Tablet Levocetrizine 5 mg one tablet after food once a day bedtime for 3 days.(if no drug allergy )

consult Eye doctor

Actually if it had consumed very less amount, nothing will happen, when did it has consumed the medicine powder. Did ur pet react anything after consuming the powder.

If it is a pustular swelling than only neosporin ointment will be effective otherwise we will have to examine for further diagnosis.

Neosporin is not used for orchitis .You have orchitis and need anti inflammatory drugs like Brufen and antibiotics based on culture test.
