E coli in urine is of no significance until unless you hv burning sensation in urination or hv fever, it's probably a contaminated urine sample... 140/90 is on, no need to worry, just take salt restricted diet.. No. It causes more harm than good. Is the baby passing urine 8-10 times per day, having good appetite and activity and gaining weight? If yes to all the above, you shouldn't be worried. Continue breastfeeding at a higher frequency.
