Since 2 months I am having skin problem, lots of itching, at my back, the legs, buttocks & waste. Have visited 3 different skin specialists, and tried the treatments, but nothing has helped. Following are the treatments I have tried till now as suggested by the skin specialists 1-af - 400. 2-bitanix -400 3-cetiz 10 mg 4-predmet 16 5-rantac od 6-bilanix 20 mg 7-rab 20 mg 8-rejunex cd 3 9-atarax 25 mg 10-permethrin (permite) cream 11-b`etamil gm 12-absorb anti fungal powder 13-dermikem oc 14-mupirocin t-bact 15-tenovate only predmet 16 has been effective, but the doctor said its not good to go on taking this medicine. Please help, what I need to do to get rid of this itching. Thanks.

Hello I am 22 years old male. From last 1 month my foreskin is behaving weird. Sometimes the foreskin opening gets tight sometimes itâs lose when I massage it. Currently when my penis is in normal size I can pull my foreskin back fully and can bring out my penis head out fully but when my penis is erect or can say when it is hard after pulling foreskin midway there is some soreness on foreskin and it gets tight due to which I canât pull it down fully. My chemist suggested me to use âmupirocin ointmentâ so applying it helps but again after few days I get this issue. Can anyone help on this and why itâs happening and cure for this.

These are not pimples.
Apply t bact cream twice a day
or take oral antibiotic if it is very painfull.

My wife is 53 years old. She has red patches on labia minora from 2 and half year. She feel etching some time and no other problem. No gynae problem. On consulting with dermatologist they started cap zincolak, cute, tacroz 0.03 and t- bact ointment and after they advised biopsy. As per biopsy report: muculenious junction shows chronic infection. No evidence of malignancy is seen (dt. 30.07. 2014) they continue t-bact, evalon, but no relief. They doubt erythropalsea and advised again for biopsy. On consulting with another dermatologist (head of skin deptt) and principal of sms, hospital jaipur they says not need for going for biopsy again and started: nedsoft-e, evata, nutoz-zc and ketoz-200 which she is taking from 1 and half month. There is no relief. What we should do? she is diabetic and hypothyroidic but both are in control.

I had pinkish very small lesions in my genital. Painless pusless n no itching or burning. Dey remained for a year I used candid cream, betadine wash but no improvement. yes it appears the you had mixed infections both viral and bacterial. Apply surfaz sn till the healing is complete.
Use lactacyd wash or intiwash lotion daily. It will keep your genital healthy
rub 10 drops of lactacyd on your external genitals. Then wait for 10 mins. Then wash it while bathing.

My grandfather, 80 years old, diabetic on metformin 500 mg (sugar controlled previously, not measured since 1 yr) had injured the lower part of shin bone by accidentally dropping a coconut. The injury resulted in a peeling of the upper layer with a 2x2 cm wound with mild bleeding. It has over a month now that the wound has not healed & the size has increased to 5x4 cms. He has started applying mupirocin oint since 7 days but not to any effect. The wound was left open right from day 1. I need advice regarding an oint which will improve wound healing in this case. I have asked a local pharmacist to do regular dressingof the wound from tmrw & also measure the blood sugar using glucometer. Kindly lend your valuable advice.
