- Do steam inhalation three times a day
- avoid exposure to cold weather, dust & smoke
- have more of warm fluids, water, tea, coffee, milk, soup, avoid all cold fluids & aerated drinks
- take tablet Sinarest, 1 tab three times a day
- get investigations done blood CBC, absolute eosinophil count, x-ray chest & paranasal sinuses
