You can add additional 40mg of plain Tazloc in the morning to start with and monitor the BP.
Reduce salt in diet and do regular exercise.
Kindly get evaluated for the cause of hypertension at such young age for you.

continue your other medicines.
for constipation You can take 2 tab. Charcoal at night. syp. Aristozyme 10 ml after meal.
avoid fast/oily foods,alcohol,smoking,junk foods,fatty foods,
take plenty of liquid diets.dalia,green veg.,fiber meals,juice,lassi,
if not cure then go for few tests .i.e. stool r/m, stool c/s, cbc, blood sugar,lft,and endoscopy of large intestine.
Do yoga/go for walk.

Dear sir your father is diabetic and he may have albumuniria which can decrease the albumin in blood. This decrease lead decreased oncoming pressure is cause of swelling leg which decreases in morning and visible as day passes. There are other causes like varicose vein or right sided heart failure.

Please ensure that his blood sugar levels are under control as high blood sugar levels can cause weight loss. Also see to it that he takes a simple diet which is easy to digest. Blood glucose 106 mg, is normal. You may have to check after food glucose to see if that is also normal. Secondly BP 130/80 mm Hg, shows high systolic BP. It should be 120 to 130 /70 to 80 mm Hg.
Main problem seems to be your excess weight, with a BMI of 37.5 kgs/M2 you have grade 2 obesity. Your ideal body weight should be 54 kgs. Hence carrying excess of 42 kgs. This is the major problem. Thanks.
