Dear lybrate-user itching is just a symptom and a common symptom but with many reasons. Azithromycin is an antibiotic
isotretinoin is an anti metabolite. Both medicines are commonly used for acne or pimples. None of the above medications is indicated for symptomatic treatment of itching. Besides both the drugs can have serious side effects if taken without a doctors prescription. So definitely do not take these medicines regards.

Dear lybrate-user, please do not self medicate and consult a good ent specialist at the earliest. You have not given a proper medical history of your symptoms like do you sneeze often does watery fluid pass from your nose, do you have a blocked nose. What you need is a proper sino-nasal evaluation and throat evaluation. You also did not comment on whether you have cogh dry or associated with plhegm.
