I need some more questions about your symptoms, as azithro might not relieve your fever and cold immidiately, few more medications needed to be taken, and yes yellow pee is fine, just drink ample amount of water.

It depends if you are experiencing any undesirable effects or not. You may experience nausea, vomiting, loose motions, palpitations (ghabrahat). If you experience any of these consult a doctor. Ofloxacin should not be taken with azithro.

Can give ascoril ls junior 5 ml thrice daily. Don't start azithro on your own. Consult with pediatrician. If at all needed can be given 2.5 ml once daily before food.

No don't take Medicine without consulting...
Azithro is a higher antibiotic and should only be taken if prescribed...
Never self medicate...
Always get detailed check up and then take treatment...if want to live healthy..

Hi lybrate-user, it'll be better to complete the course of antibiotics inorder to prevent, bacterial resistance, if azithro doesn't help after 3 days, then you should think to consult or change again, meanwhile may I know if are there any additional meds that you're taking? Try taking sinarest or diominic dca, it will help relieve symptoms very effectively! thanks.
