1) eat more than three meals a day.
2) don't wait until your stomach ask for food.
3) eat plenty of calories at every meal.
4) focus on amount of proteins, fats and carbs.
5) stick to whole foods loaded with nutrients.
6) drink plenty of water.

It depends if you are experiencing any undesirable effects or not. You may experience nausea, vomiting,loose motions, palpitations (ghabrahat). If you experience any of these consult a doctor. Ofloxacin should not be taken with azithro.
