Immediately consult your doctor/ chest specialist as she is on fever medication along with antibiotic and now having breathing difficulty. Chest x ray, ecg, covid testing etc may be required. Admission may be required after examination. Get her vitals, blood oxygen level checked immediately.

Your child has infection which may need a different antibiotic and need blood and urine tests. Azithral can be given only if infection is proven.
