- avoid all cold fluids including aerated drinks, have more of warm fluids tea, coffee, milk, soup

You need the following medication:-
1)Homoeopathic ALOE SOCOTRINA 30, 5 drops, thrice daily, in empty stomach.
2)Homoeopathic Mother Tincture KURCHI Q, 30 drops, thrice daily, after meals, in a cup of water.
Continue the medication for at least one week.
Avoid fatty, spicy foods. Always drink filtered water.

How many days have passed since taking medication sir? If 3 or less please wait for the drugs to take action. Mean while when temperature goes beyond 101 please wipe our child's body with a cloth soaked in luke warm water. If doubtful please google "tepid sponging" please complete the medication for 3 days before seeing the doctor again if not you can always contact me for further queries, search my name in find doctors to have a text or audio or video consult. there is no need to take antibiotics in common cold
take tab alerid cold bd ×3 days
alex cough lozenge suck one after every 4-5 hr
gargle salt water and steam inhalation
cover your nose and mouth with hanky for at least 30 sec when you go in dusty area
avoid allergens
drink hot liquids, honey+lemon warm water.
