Get her rtpcr test done because rapid test is not very accurate. You can give her dolo 650 mg whenever needed for fever, headache and bodyache. It will work for these symptoms. Tell her to gargle with luke warm water amd salt for sore throat. Steam inhalation for runny nose. Do not give her azithromycin as of now. If you have any more queries then you can consult me.

firstly if you are self-medicating, you shouldn't. You need to see a doctor for a severe cough.
Secondly, to answer your question. Both are antibiotics and their use depends on physicians choice for the particular condition the patient is suffering from.
