Sir I have suffered from hypertension. With range 155to110 .ECG normal. What is the problem sir. My age is 32. Ecg. Doctor suggest azildac40. But I have no relief.

Its not same compound but same class of drug. Zilance has azilsartan in it. Telmisartan is also fine if it controls your bp

If diastolic is always below 80 and systolic rises to 150 on most of the evenings then recheck after 15 minutes of rest. If still above 140 then add Tab. Amlong 2.5 in the evening around 6 pm.
As for your second question. All three drugs are almost same on action potency and lil different in side effects. So doesn't matter which one you take until your kidneys are fine.

I am 32 year old and 100 kg if weight. I am facing issues with hypertension and on azilsartan medication my triglycerides are also high but overall cholesterol is 165. Fatty lever and minor lever issues. Please suggest what need to be done and how to treat all this as I am already working on loosing wait.

I am 27 male my life is not going well for the last five months I was diagnosed with bp and since then I am suffering from depression I have done ecg treadmill ultrasound of abdomen lft kidney test cholesterol test thyroid test which all came back fine sometimes I have headache nausea and palpitations and chest pain I have consulted psychiatrist also I am on arbazeal for bp and clonotril and mirtaz for depression I am unable to get sound sleep I am walking for 30 minutes daily can I eat meat and have tea? As I am worried this will raise bp please advise thanks.

I don't think so. Sometimes you can have. As in for depression I would need to know the reason behind it and yes you can definitely come out of it through therapies. Your worries are the major reason for BP or any other concerns. Don't worry so much and you will be fine.

Good evening doctor I'm from Kurnool Andhra Pradesh. I have got married in 2011. After two months of my married life. One of my colony member died of current shock. So I went there and didn't see the dead body and suddenly I came back from that place and I was very frightened and my mind has completely changed me and I unable to go anywhere feeling frightened that what will happen to me. And I ask my family members and relatives and share my internal problems but they told me that "take it light" for some time I feel good and again it comes to that stage. Now also I'm very much tensed and consulted a normal M.D doctor he checked my blood pressure it's 150/100 he gave me Azilsartan Medoxomil 80 mg. Doctor I want advice from you and get rid of this tension and all.
