Age 30. Doctor prescribed me azithromycin and levofloxacin together for 10 days for epigastric pain, along with gastrocon-r, flupentixol+melitracen, omeprazole,probiotic combination. Is it safe to take the combination of azithromycin and levofloxacin together for 10 days? Can I take remaining medicines without these two antibiotics?

Yes it's completely ok to take both the antibiotics together.
Since you are having epigastric pain for 10 days even I would suggest as a doctor that you should take these antibiotics and not think about skipping them.

Iv been having troubles with acne on my face for the last 6 months. I went to see a skin specialist who then prescribed for me azithromycin, doxycycline and zupricin ointment. Now the problem is when I use doxycycline alone there seems to be slight changes. Upon using zupricin ointment it gives me an itchy effect that drives me crazy plus painful white heads appear. Should I discontinue with ointment and azithromycin?

Treatment depends on the grade. Acne or pimples. Due to hormonal changes. Oily skin causes it. Common in adolescent age. May occur in adults also. Food like oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne. I recently had some pain in left testicle and some penis discharge for 2 days. I had an unprotected sex. Doctor gave me 4 tablets of azithromycin (250 mg each, 4 flagyl (400 mg each) and one dose of rocephen. As rocephen was not available I took azithromycin and flagyl together and took rocephen injection after 15 hours. Is this ok? Or it should have been taken together?

I'm 25 years old male and my bmi is 20. Past three months, I had foamy urine, but only in the morning with an urgency to urinate. Specially, I wake up in the morning with a heavy urge to urinate. Therefore, my doctor checked for spot urine test right away in the evening. Test result came back negative for proteins, but my urine was slightly cloudy yellow and calcium oxalate crystals was positive. The doctor said me I have nothing to worry about and just drink lots of water to avoid future kidney stones. However, the doctor prescribed me some medications with vitamin c. Just in case, I took a fasting blood sugar test next day in the morning and result was 90 mg/dl. After that, I took given medicines and my urine went back to normal few days later (no foamy urine). A month later, I got sick with a respiratory infection and the doctor prescribed me some medications with zathrin and deriphyllin. After taking medicines, next day I got foamy urine again, but only in the morning like before.

It's normal case in your age step you take more water drink, and in morning drink apple juice, and Tablet Health ok one tablet daily after food. Avoid fast food and non veg food. You can take it but low amount or once a week.
