Hi .. There are many homeopathy medicines which give great relief in balanitis / balanoposthitis / infected head of penis. However, the correct choice and the resulting relief is a matter of experience and right judgment on the part of the doctor. The treatment is decided after thorough case taking of the patient...
you can consult me by clicking on consult option for homoepathic treatment without side effects.

ENT Specialist•Mumbai
Hi,
firstly if you are self-medicating, you shouldn't. You need to see a doctor for a severe cough.
Secondly, to answer your question. Both are antibiotics and their use depends on physicians choice for the particular condition the patient is suffering from.

MBBS, DNB - Pulmonary Medicine

Pulmonologist•Mysore
Pleural effusion is usually a manifestation of an underlying disease. If you are having similar complaints again but on the other side too it's unlikely it's because of the pleural effusion on the right side. Would advise you to get it evaluated with a pleural tap rather than taking medications this time around.
