I need some more questions about your symptoms, as azithro might not relieve your fever and cold immidiately, few more medications needed to be taken, and yes yellow pee is fine, just drink ample amount of water.

If once daily is relieving you, better take it only once a day after food
gargle with luke warm water avoid all sour n cold foods
take plenty if fluids.

Ofcourse maintain hygiene
But along with them u have to maintain pH leval to prevent fruthar
So take liquid more as possible

antimmonium tart 30 (dcr reckeweg) drink 2 drops direct on tongue every 1-2 hrly for 3 days.
