Aziderm is a skin cream for external use, and azelaic acid present in it directly acts on acne and hyperpigmentation. Some people are even known to have used aziderm cream for bleaching of facial skin, since the chemical has inherent skin brightening features.

Good afternoon. Aziderm (azelaic acid) has anti acne and anti pigmentation properties. It does not cause darkening of scars.

You can use madam. But I would recommend starting with tretinoin (0.025%). Apply it initially twice a week. Monday and friday. Then after 2 weeks, apply thrice a week. Monday, wednesday and friday. Do this for 3 weeks. Once you are used to tretinoin, then start applying aziderm in the days in between. Starting both can cause irritation or redness. It is also important to apply sunscreen every morning containing at least 30 spf.
