Dear Lybrateuser,
- follow some measures for your problem:- do steam inhalation twice a day
-have more of warm fluids including water, tea, coffee, soup, avoid all cold fluids and refrigerated foods
- take syrup zedex, 10 ml three times a day
- have a teaspoon of honey in the morning after breakfast
- avoid fried, spicy, sour & junk foods
- keep well hydrated
- get checked by a doctor & if required he may prescribe you a course of antibiotics, do not self medicate.

For fever take one tablet paracetamol 650 mg and can repeat it after eight hours as and when needed and Whenever there is mucous discharge from the nostrils I will suggest you to take one tablet of cetrizine at night and For dry cough I will suggest you to take syp Ascoril-D 2.5 ml and can repeat after a gap of six hours as and when required
