Stop otrivin. You need fluticasone nasal spray once daily in both nostrils to get relief from blocked nose. If cough persists pft should be done.

If only ch sinusitis with polyp, then budamate inhalation is not indicated, as it is for asthma. Take ennhale nasal spray 1 spray each nostril/day with glemont fx 1 tab with breakfast for 2 month. For polyp consult ent for need of operation.
