I had balanitis and doctor ask me to use a cream called (betamethasone valerate cream b.p.0.1% w/w). Now my infection was almost gone. But as a side effect of that cream my skin is very thin right now. When my penis getting stronger skin is cracking and very small amount of blood come out that cuts too. Can I turn my skin back to normal before I had that infection? Thanks.

Currently I am using nu revo sebum control moisture at morning and tretinoin cream usp 0.02%w/w for 30 min at night. For facewash I use cetaphil gentle skin cleaner once in morning. Also sometimes when my face gets too dry at night I use cetaphil moisturizing cream but whenever I use it I have noticed that the next morning I get pimples over my forehead and cheeks. My face is of mixed type, middle forehead, nose and chin are oily and rest of the face normal type. I have heard a lot about minimalist brand and it's retinol, multipeptide, vitamin c, alpha arbutin, niacinamide, hydrolic acid, salicylic acid should I inculcate them in my daily routine. If yes then what should be used and at what time of the day. Also currently I am not using any sunscreen, so should I also include that in my daily routine and how to use it?
