Its a second degree burn and the blister skin has separated. It would take some time to heal. Silverex is ok. See a plastic surgeon or dermatologist who will assess the problem and then prescribe. Its in your interest not to go for an online prescribed medication. Its difficult ,rather impossible to give a prescription online without seeing

If he has suggested you medication than he is the best person to guide you for his prescription and tips- I will suggest you to wash your hair daily with sunsilk shampoo and apply parachute hair oil daily and I will suggest you to apply aloevera gel twice a day for six months over the face lesion and follow up on completion

Tea Tree Essential Oil. Above: Antiseptic properties in tea tree oil help it treat a variety of skin-related symptoms, including mosquito bites. Dab a little essential oil onto a cotton swab and rub it on the affected area. Lavender and peppermint oils also work well.

Hello Mr. lybrate-user.
Steroid are extremely dangerous medicines and should not be taken without prescription, whether by mouth or applied on skin. It will thin your skin and make it sensitive, especially this steroid is a 'superpotent' steroid, so more damage.
Best wishes.
