Go for (1) fluticasone nasal spray 2puff both nostril twice a day for a month and then once a day for next 2 month
(2) levocetrizine+ambroxol tablet combination for 2wks at bed time
(3) menthol steam inhalation (if can 1-2 times a day)
(4) tab paracetamol 500 mg (as and wen required for pain)
if symptom persist consult ent specialist for evaluation.

First get a X ray PNS done. If sinusitis there, take tab augmentin 625 thrice daily for a week followed by tab cetrizine and azeflo nasal spray.

If only for 11 days,try tab lorfast 1 tab/day for 5 days with azeflo nasal sprey 1 puff each nostril twice day. Avoid cold ,dust and smoke.

Get allergy test by prick/rast done to r/o roll of allergy. Try glemont fx 1tab/day with azeflo nasal sprey

Can be taken for a long duration. Take glemont fx 1 tab/day instead of montey 10. Can add azeflo nasal sprey 1 sprey each nostril/twice/day.

Due to hormonal changes in pregnancy nasal congestion increases. You can continue fluticasone nasal spray along with nasal saline washes and you should be fine.
