You need to use a nasal spray containing fluticasone twice a day for 15 days minimum
it would be best if you visited an ent though.

Enlarged inferior turbinates are one of the causes for blocking of the nose. A steroid nasal spray helps to a certain extent but the mechanical problem has to be rectified. Turbinectomy (trimming of the turbinates) will help by allowing more air flow inside the nostrils & the blocking will come down considerably. Medication will only work if you have an allergic component. Consult an ent surgeon who will diagnose & treat you accordingly.

Do this Do saline gargles daily.
Whenever possible do steam inhalation also.
Cover your nose and mouth with hanky for at least 30 sec when you go in dusty areas also when you go in and out of AC. As our nose is the most sensitive part of our body, When there is temperature difference between two rooms or inside n outside, then if we not protect our nose, it gets affected.
Homeopathic treatment has very encouraging results and gives relief in long term
please ask for consultation ...more

Ma'am does your daughter snore at night?. Primary cause for allergic rhino sinusitis in children is mostly enlarged adenoids. If that isn't the case then the deviated septum might be causing the obstruction. Since it's been only 2 months that you are faced with such situations. This can be taken care of by meds alone. please consult your ent doctor. Sometime it takes a little time for the condition to settle .don't panic.

If the nasal septum is bent too much get it surgically corrected. Meanwhile take the treatment of allergic rhinitis. I.e cetrigine tablet at night and azelastine fluticasone nasal spray. Hopefully you will be relieved.

Best wishes
