You are suffering from perennial allergic rhinitis.
You can take levocetrizine plus montelukast tablet at night. You take nasal decongestant consisting fluticasone plus azelastine nasal spray (duonase, azeflo). But don't take it for long time.
Better to follow some preventive measures such as avoidance of dust, fumes,smoke and pollens.
Avoid drinking cold drinks, water, freezed stuffs after exercise or coming from hot humid environment. Use mask and consult the ent specialist.

HI,
Take tab. Septillin 2-0-2 after food and Rhinorin Lehya 1 tsf twice daily followed by milk for 3 months continuously. Take Immunocin 1 tab. Twice a day for 3 months to gain immunity in the body. Avoid cold and refrigerated food. Avoid sweets and oil fried food. Perform Pranayama daily in the morning for 10-15 mins. Avoid exposure to dust by tying a kerchief or a mask around the face covering the nose.

take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day..1-1 drop of shad bindu tailam in both nostrils at night time before sleep...avoid milk...cold drinks....take hot water steam.... ..

Your symptoms are suggestive of allergic rhinitis for which fluticasone spray is very effective and it can be used for longer duration on continuous basis but take treatment only after consulting doctor.

ideally you should be asking the question to your doctor who prescribed the treatment. Polyps commonly occur in the nose and are treated with low dose steroid nasal spray (fluticasone) usually for 3- 4 months or longer based on individual patient response. 1. Avoid exposure to cold
2. Take bath with little warm water 3. Do steam inhalation regularly at least once a day
4. Warm salt water gargles daily 5 no cold water / cold drinks / ice creams and so on
6. No smoking/ avoid pollution 7. Wash hands after use of bath room and before and after eating food.
