1. Do saline gargles daily.
2. Whenever possible do steam inhalation also.
3. Cover your nose and mouth with hanky for at least 30 sec when you go in dusty areas also when you go in and out of AC. As our nose is the most sensitive part of our body, When there is temperature difference between two rooms or inside n outside, then if we not protect our nose, it gets affected.

Since you have persistent symptoms even afer taking regular medication, you must rule out any blockage in the drainage of sinuses. You should visit an otolaryngologist and get a ct done for paranasal sinuses. That will give you a clear picture.

Snoring can be due to many causes like due to obstructive sleep apnea and you should visit a sleep or chest specialist to identify the cause, only nasal spray won't help in dat case.

Hi Lybrate user ,you can do first Allergy test for diagnosis &blood tests R.E .For your problem you can take homoeopathic medecine 1 Allium cepa 30 2 drops to be taken every after 4 hours with half cup water & Pyrogen 200 2 drops to be taken every morning and evening with half cup water & report me after 7 days. It is very common for patients with nasal obstruction to develop clogged ear as well. The back of the nose opens into a tunnel also known as the eustachian tube. This tube goes up to the ear. In case the ears get clogged the pressure is released by popping of the ears. This is achieved by swallowing, yawning, and trying to blow the nose.
