Hello Mr. lybrate-user,
it's not safe to self medicate. Always consult your doctor for treatment. Till you see your doctor, you can take paracetamol 500 mg for pain twice a day. Warm salt water gargling will help you. Take lots of fluids. Your doctor may also recommend a covid test.

Have only syrup tusq-dx 1 tsp thrice a day after meals. If fever is there .then opt for antibiotic. Otherwise not. Do saline gargles twice a day.

Doc I am having fever headache and cough and cold from few days and I consulted with my doctor and he gave me azithromycin and I have taken for two days its okay but I am having yellow pee. Is it due to intake of azithromycin? Doc.

I need some more questions about your symptoms, as azithro might not relieve your fever and cold immidiately, few more medications needed to be taken, and yes yellow pee is fine, just drink ample amount of water.

Can I take 500 mg of azithromycin twice a day with 12 hours interval for my throat infection? Or should I two 500 mg tablets of azithromycin at once during the day? Furthermore does taking the dosage either way have an effect on how long it will take for my bacterial infection to go away?

If once daily is relieving you, better take it only once a day after food
gargle with luke warm water avoid all sour n cold foods
take plenty if fluids.

I see you are already taking Azithromycin (AZIWOK) for your throat. Finish the course as prescribed to you.
Add salt-water gargles (as often as possible). Plenty of warm fluids and rest will help you get better. If symptoms persist even after one week, see an ENT doctor in your area. Stay hydrated.
