Thank you for your query. We will be happy to help you.
Avoid all outside food that includes junk, processed food as well as food items that are oily, sugary, or salty. Instead eat home cooked meals with 4 to 5 servings of fruits and veggies. Have your dinner early and keep it light. Eat a protein rice breakfast every morning. Drink plenty of water throughout the day; especially before meals. Please once the antibiotic course is done, do not take any more antibiotics. Keep drinking sips of water when there is an attack of cough. Take lots of warm fluids - milk and tea with low sugars and lot of water. Avoid all cold and sour foods. Usually cough takes a while to subside. You can continue with monticope for next 15 days.

Hello! a baby’s skin is delicate so use anti dandruff shampoo twice a week and rest of the days use baby shampoo. Much of the normal dandruff is cleared by shampooing regularly.
If the dandruff returns switch to another anti dandruff shampoo containing zinc, selenium sulphide or salicylic acid but that should too be used only twice a week.
