Sit in a straight position with back rest while travelling...avoid conversations and body movement while travelling...you can take avomine tablet before travelling...or take chitrakadi vati tablet...avoid eating many things while travelling

take liquid ors. if symptoms again do tests cbc, lft, blood sugar.
and consult physician.

My child is 1 year 2 months. He is suffering with cold and cough. Can any doctor suggest giving antibiotics to my child is safe or not. Because I gave before once an antibiotic and he cured next when I gave same medicine he not cured and I changed another antibiotic and doses also. Now again he suffering with same cold and cough. There is no role of antibiotics in Common cold. Common cold take about 4 to 6 days to go naturally. U can give promethazine 2.5 ml 3 times in a day for 2 to 3 days or home remedies if any.

Since you r suffering from adenoid, it is better to consult ENT specialist. In the mean time you may give promethazine 5 ml 2 times in a day for 1 or 2 days.

Treating altitude sickness
stop and rest where you are.
Do not go any higher for at least 24 to 48 hours.
If you have a headache, take ibuprofen or paracetamol.
If you feel sick, take an anti-sickness medicine, such as promethazine.
Make sure you're drinking enough water.
Do not smoke, drink alcohol, or exercise.

Take pantop d daily empty stomach in morning. Half an hour before travelling take tablet avomine and tablet vertin 8. If you have already consulted many doctors and not found a solution, consult a psychiatrist, sometimes anxiety with depression results in poor health.

Precautions to be taken care of- give light diet and less water before traveling, suitable seat in car where child gets minimum sickness symptom, keep face in direction of traveling never opposite. U may give 1/2 tab of avomine before traveling.
